Each site must be kept clean and tidy. Lawn ornaments are not permitted. If trash of any kind is found on site when you leave, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. For fire safety purposes, if cigarette butts are found on site this will result in a verbal warning followed by terminating campers stay.
-
You may not pile trash in your fire pit. All trash needs to be taken to the appropriate trash receptacles.
-
Site audits will be every 30-31 days to ensure that sites are being kept clean and tidy. If you do not pass site audits, additional charges may occur. If problems are not resolved, you will have 7 days to leave property.
-
All RVs must be 10 years old or newer. RVs must be in good condition externally regardless of whether they are less than 10 years old.
-
Speed limit is 7.5 MPH. After 3 warnings to slow down, you will be asked to leave. This is for the safety of all guests.
