Welcome to Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park, where family is at the heart of our story. Meet the Teichert and Sebastian families, the driving force behind the creation of this exceptional destination.
Zach and Kristina Teichert, proud residents of East Idaho, have always cherished the joy of having family around. Randy and Julie Sebastian, share a passion for RV adventures and frequently journeyed in their RV to visit Zach, Kristina, and their grandson. However, their travels revealed a common dissatisfaction with the RV parks they encountered.
On one memorable trip, as they explored the wonders of Yellowstone, the idea of creating a truly remarkable RV park took root. Randy, the owner of Renaissance Homes with over three decades of experience building high-end homes in Portland, envisioned bringing his expertise to the world of RV parks. The goal was clear: to incorporate the luxury and quality synonymous with high-end homes into the fabric of an RV park.
The search for the perfect location led them to a unique opportunity—the old Sky-Vu Drive-In Theater in Idaho Falls. Established in 1950, the theater had been a local icon, providing family entertainment for years. Nestled beside the Snake River, the closed theater presented a canvas of possibilities. Despite its decade-long closure and stripped equipment, they saw potential in revitalizing this space.
For them, the decision to build Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park was not just about creating a high-quality RV destination; it was about honoring the spirit of the old drive-in, which brought families and friends together for decades. Thus, in 2021, construction began on what would become a haven for RV enthusiasts and families alike.
Fast forward to May 2023, the grand opening marked the realization of their vision. Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park now stands as a testament to the dedication of these families. Our park offers unparalleled features, including direct access to the Snake River and the Green Belt, two pickleball courts, a dog park, a playground, the largest RV spaces in all of East Idaho, free bike rentals, site-specific wifi, and the region's largest outdoor community fireplace.
